Jack is a statistician who previously worked as an engineer in China. He’s studied Mandarin since 2007 and has developed a proficiency with the language that has proven more than adequate on several occasions for placing his foot squarely in his mouth.
After using Anki maybe a little too much over the past decade and leeching many, many cards, he thinks he knows a thing or two about how to use spaced-repetition learning effectively.
